Bude, Charlestown and Flambards
Bude
Small, unspoilt, north coast resort. Spectacular cliffs and scenery with expansive beaches and great waves. Bude has activity centres for surfing, kayaking and abseiling. It also has a historic canal and sea-lock. There are several walks and cycle routes on Sustrans trail and the South West Coastal footpath. The photo's below are of sunset at Widemouth Bay and Bude breakwater.
I would like to thank Jacki Stephens of the Bude Area Tourist Board Ltd for the above photograph's.
Charlestown
A harbour village initially built for the export of copper and china clay. It is still a working port and a small amount of china clay is exported per year. The harbour is the home port for a collection of old ships famous for being employed in worldwide film projects and are a big draw for tourists.

Flambards
Located at Helston, Flambards Village is a wonderous place to visit for the whole family. It houses exhibitions, exciting rides, family shows and live entertainment as well as beautiful gardens. The Victorian Village and Blitz exhibitions are fantastic recreations of times gone by and are earily realistic.
